WEST CHESTER, PA – On June 21, Representative Chrissy Houlahan (D-PA) announced the details of her upcoming town hall, scheduled for Monday, June 26 at 6 p.m. The telephone town hall will focus on gun violence prevention and gun safety. Houlahan will be joined by three guests who are knowledgeable on the topic and will be able to answer community members’ questions alongside her.

Houlahan has been an advocate for gun violence prevention since joining Congress in 2019 and has fought for commonsense legation to curb America’s gun violence epidemic. In 2022, Houlahan voted for the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act, which was the most comprehensive piece of gun violence prevention legislation signed into law in three decades. As a member of the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, Houlahan remains active on this issue. Last week, she signed three discharge petitions to bring additional gun safety measures to the House Floor.

This will be Houlahan’s 74th town hall since serving as the representative for Pennsylvania’s Sixth Congressional District.
