This week, Lionville Fire Company and the Chester County first responder community recognized three heroes – Firefighters Charles H. Martin, Jr., Jonathan S. Windle, Jr. and David Good, who lost their lives in the line of duty and who have been honored with plaques in the memorial garden at the Chester County Public Safety Training Campus.
