Chrissy Houlahan, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania's 6th district since 2019, recently shared her views on several political matters through a series of tweets. These posts address issues ranging from international tariffs to federal agency leadership and policy decisions.

On February 3, 2025, Houlahan expressed gratitude towards Claudia Sheinbaum for providing the United States with an additional 30 days to reconsider President Biden's tariff plans. In her tweet, she stated: "Thanks to @Claudiashein for giving America an extra 30 days to try to pump the brakes on @POTUS's irrational and unworkable tariffs."

In another post from the same day, Houlahan questioned the potential benefits of firing key figures in federal agencies such as the FAA, FBI, and CFPB. She highlighted concerns about losing individuals with critical expertise and institutional knowledge whose roles are essential in protecting American citizens across party lines. Her tweet read: "They want to know how their lives will be improved by firing the heads of the FAA, FBI, and CFPB, removing everyone with expertise and institutional know-how whose job was to protect every American, regardless of party." She concluded that such actions would not lead to improvements in people's lives.

Additionally, Houlahan criticized President Biden’s policies involving Elon Musk and international relations. On February 3, she posted: "They want to know how their lives will be improved by @POTUS giving Elon Musk the keys to the federal financial kingdom, slapping tariffs on our allies, releasing J6 criminals, demanding a name change for the Gulf of Mexico, or removing security details from Trump's 'enemies.'"
