Glenmoore United Methodist Church recently issued the following announcement.
Collecting School Supplies for the Home of the Sparrow
The Methodist Women’s group is collecting school supplies for Home of the Sparrow during the 4 Sundays in July. Home of the Sparrow is located at 969 Swedesford Road in Exton and they partner with single women and their children facing homelessness to help them secure long term stability with supportive housing services, access to crucial resources and education. Supplies such as pens, pencils, notebooks, binders, glue, scissors, etc. would be a welcome addition to the backpacks the women’s group plans to purchase. There will be a box in the community room for the collected items. Supplies are due by July 25th.
