East Goshen Township issued the following announcement.
The Evidentiary PUC Hearing for the case of Flynn, et al. v Sunoco LP (the Safety Seven) will be held for public viewing via Zoom from September 29 – October 9, and October 13-14 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. East Goshen Township is an intervenor in this case.
If you are interested in participating:
- You must register before 9/22
- You must identify yourself as present during the Zoom for the hearing
- You must send your email to Administrative Law Judge Elizabeth Barnes, ebarnes@pa.gov and Ron DeJesus of Manko Gold, rdejesus@mankogold.com
