Chrissy Houlahan, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania's 6th district, has recently shared several updates via her social media platform. On March 18, 2025, Houlahan celebrated National Agriculture Day by highlighting the significance of farming in her district. She stated, "Happy National Ag Day! ‍ Did you know PA-06 is home to over 1,700 farms? And that 70% of all mushrooms in the U.S. are grown in Chester County? Thank you to the farmers in our community, Commonwealth, and across the country for keeping us fed! #AgDay25".

Later that day, she discussed her participation in a panel at West Chester University's College of Business and Public Management. The panel focused on best practices for engaging with Africa.
