Chrissy Houlahan, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Pennsylvania's 6th district, has taken to social media to express her views on various issues. In a series of tweets dated March 19, 2025, she addresses topics ranging from Social Security and biotech funding to veterans' affairs.

In one tweet posted on March 19, 2025, Houlahan criticized President Biden for allegedly making false claims about Social Security. She stated: ".@POTUS exaggerates daily. He's targeted @SocialSecurity for weeks on end with accusations that deceased Americans receive benefits. It's not true." Houlahan emphasized the accuracy of the Social Security Administration by noting that "The public servants at SSA are accurate 99.67% of the time and ensure rightfully earned benefits are accurately distributed."

On the same day, Houlahan highlighted her visit to Progenra, a biotech company in Malvern working on treatments for Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's. She pointed out that "Progenra receives over $25 million in NIH funding, which the Trump Administration has repeatedly attacked." She also mentioned that "The Administration has frozen" such funds.

Later that day, Houlahan expressed concern over veterans' affairs in another tweet. She stated: "Our country owes a great debt to those who have served in our armed forces." She criticized the Trump Administration for "turning its back on our veterans by stripping away essential resources from the VA," after meeting with leadership from the American Federation of Government Employees.
