The Honey Brook Township Zoning Hearing Board will hear the special exception application #2020-8 of Michael Reilly, JT & MR Enterprises, LLC, to Section 27-502.B.(9) of the Zoning Ordinance of 2018, as amended, to construct a multi-family dwelling (24 townhouse units with associated improvements) at 3125 Horseshoe Pike (Tax Parcel 22-8-6.1) on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 7:30 pm.
