On Friday, March 21, former Bishop Shanahan High School standout Jake McCarter’s current college team, the High Point Panthers, lost 12-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers.
The game took place at Siebert Field. This was their first matchup against the Golden Gophers this season.
The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 22 at 6 p.m. at Siebert Field against Minnesota Golden Gophers.
