On Wednesday, March 19, former Coatesville Area Senior High School standout Emma Friel’s current college team, the Goldey-Beacom Lightning, lost 8-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Wilmington Wildcats.

The game took place at Asbury Field. This was their first matchup against the Wildcats this season.

The Lightning’s next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 4:30 p.m. at Asbury Field against Wilmington Wildcats.
