Chrissy Houlahan, U.S. Congresswoman representing Pennsylvania’s 6th district since 2019, announced the details of her seventh annual State of the Sixth Address through a series of posts on social media.
On February 9, 2026, Houlahan invited constituents to participate in the event, stating: “Tonight’s the night! Join us at the Colonial Theatre or tune in via livestream for my seventh annual State of the Sixth Address.” Later that evening, she provided access to a live broadcast with: “Please find the livestream of my State of the Sixth Address, happening now, here on YouTube:”
The following day, Houlahan offered an additional opportunity for community engagement by sharing a recording. On February 10, she wrote: “Last night, I joined many of you in Phoenixville for my seventh annual State of the Sixth address. If you weren’t able to watch live, you can find the full town hall here:”
Houlahan succeeded Ryan Costello as representative for Pennsylvania’s 6th district in 2019 and has held regular town halls throughout her tenure. Born in Maryland in 1967 and currently residing in Devon, she graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1989.
