Chrissy Houlahan, U.S. Congresswoman representing Pennsylvania’s 6th district since 2019, shared a series of updates on her official X account in early February 2026. The posts addressed local community initiatives and federal agency oversight.
On February 3, Houlahan thanked a constituent for participating in a holiday event honoring veterans: “Thank you to Kim, who visited our office to deliver Valentines for Veterans from her and her local AKA sisters. Remember, you can drop yours off at my West Chester or Reading offices through tomorrow, February 4th.”
The following day, she commented on recent immigration enforcement actions in Phoenixville: “My office is working to gather more information on ICE agents arresting individuals in Phoenixville yesterday. We cannot continue to fund a rogue agency operating without accountability. Yesterday, with Phoenixville in mind, I voted again to block funding for DHS.”
Later that same day, Houlahan highlighted efforts to secure resources for education: “Investing in our kids is an investment in our future. I am proud to have helped secure millions of dollars in desperately needed funding for such an important part of our community.”
Houlahan has represented Pennsylvania’s 6th district since succeeding Ryan Costello in 2019. She was born at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland in 1967 and currently resides in Devon. Houlahan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University.
