Central Chester Today publication area sees 844 H-1B petitions from employers during 2024

Employers based in the Central Chester Today publication area submitted 844 H-1B petitions during 2024, according to data provided by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services via the H-1B Employer Data Hub. Of these, 826 were approved (97.9%), while 18 were denied (2.1%).

Meanwhile, the Finance and Insurance industry was the second largest contributor, filing 235 petitions (27.8% of the total), with an approval rate of 100%.

In 2024, the Central Chester Today publication area employer with the most petitions was The Vanguard Group, which filed 226 petitions with an approval rate of 100%.

Compared to 2023, the Central Chester Today publication area saw a 1.7% increase in the number of H-1B petitions during 2024.
